RETURN POLICY

EASY 14 DAY RETURN POLICY! (excluding sale items)

Firstly, if you have a need to consider an exchange or return, you have likely ordered a product from us. Which means that we owe you a big ‘thank you!’. There is nothing we want more than to ensure you remain happy and satisfied with our product and customer service, and often that comes with doing right with any hiccups that we may have made. That being said, there are some things you might want to know…

  • Returns: All of our online orders come with a return slip, making it easy for you to return any unsatisfied products. Simply fill in the return slip as directed, and post the product back to us within 14 days (from the date of purchase)
  • Exchanges: We encourage you to exchange your product if you’re not 100% satisfied with the current one! However, it is recommended that you call ahead so that we can check whether or not we have the specific size/colour/ or accessories in stock before you make the commitment to return a product. If you’re looking to exchange styles, our talented staff are more than happy to help you make the best decision for you!
  • Refunds: Refunds will be provided upon request as long as all the criteria for returns are satisfied. Refunds will only be provided in the same method that the item was purchased. Refund does not include postage. All return postage charges are at the expense of the customer.


Payments:

  • Credit Card - Establishment of credit card accounts can generally be completed the same business day using your VISA or MASTERCARD. We currently do not charge any credit card surcharge.
  • COD - Payments can be made by credit card or direct bank credit. If you're paying by direct bank credit please send us a notice of such payments so we can return your goods as soon as possible.
  • Cheques - Cheques are only accepted from customers with an established trading history.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranty - Unless specified, all repairs and new accessories are covered by a 120 days warranty.

This warranty does not cover any failures or faults due to incorrect operation, maintenance or installation.

Liability for warranty of the repaired part extends to the part itself only and no liability is accepted for financial loss or damages to connected equipment outside the part repaired or provided as exchange.

Store Credit: Credit notes can be used in-store for up to 180 days from the time of issue and will allow you to use for our amazing products and services!



CRITERIA FOR RETURNS

All returned products must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in original condition
  • In a saleable condition
  • Tags still attached
  • No makeup stains

Returns are NOT available on damage items by customers

If we think the items have been worn or used, then we reserve the right to refuse the return.
