All prices on the website include GST unless otherwise specified. All items are included in good faith on the basis that the products, as described, will be available at the time of sale. Failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with sample, description, image or at all, may result in some product being unavailable.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure accuracy in this website, we reserve the right to change incorrect prices resulting from a printing, typographical, image or supplier error. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only. Prices are current at the time of publication, however, Computers Now reserves the right to alter pricing/specifications listed at any time. E&OE
- Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.
- We will offer a credit or exchange (but not a refund) for any unopened goods returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Goods returned after 14 days of purchase will only be accepted at the company’s discretion & may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- No refunds except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
All transactions between you and JTech Repair (ABN 51 630 324 542 ) or related entities are subject to our Terms and Conditions (Terms). You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms available at www.jtech.com.au. All Goods remain our property until paid in full. The Terms and/or each and every quote, invoice, and a statement issued by us constitute acceptance of all Terms and are a security agreement for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and create a security interest in all previously supplied, each, every and all future supply of Goods by JTech Repair to the Customer.
JTech Repair adheres to the Australian Anti-Spam Act of 2003.
By providing your email address for quotes, queries, orders, events, repairs, competitions, or via a business card, you are agreeing through inferred consent to receive emails from us – from which you may opt-out at any time by contacting us to unsubscribe.
We provide a double opt-in system for new subscriptions and provide a working unsubscribe link in every email newsletter sent.
JTech Repair occasionally works with third parties to create, enable and present events, meetings, expos, training, and other activities. In order to fulfill these activities, your data may be shared with our activity third parties and partners.

Metropolitan area is defined as up to 25km from Adelaide / Brisbane / Melbourne / Perth / Sydney CBD. All hours are standard business hours as shown on our website. Up to 24/7 rates available by agreement. All remote work is charged in 15-minute increments. All on-site work is charged as a minimum of one hour, then in 15-minute increments. For larger custom configuration & installation JTech Repair can provide a scope of work document.
Regardless of the system specification, data risk cannot be entirely eliminated. JTech Repair is not liable for lost data or any resulting business impact that may arise from systems installed or supported by JTech Repair. Corruption or loss of data can occur on monitored systems even if they appear to report normal backup behavior and it is highly recommended that regular off-site data snapshots are kept in order to reduce this risk. Verification of a backup via full restoration on a regular basis is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in an SOW or MSA provided by JTech Repair. Any costs associated with data recovery and/or services are not covered unless otherwise stated in an SOW or MSA provided by JTech Repair. These services, if required, will be charged at the appropriate rates for the level of engineering. It is highly recommended that insurance measures are provided to cover for any business impact that may arise due to data loss and/or data security breaches.
